Groundbreaking
This book is insightful, interesting, groundbreaking and a beautiful read. John Jay Harper has laid his life down on the pages for all to see and his scientific ability has revealed a new dimension of existence. This is profound stuff and I urge everybody to read it.

Hotch potch - going nowhere
The ideas go in every direction, but never quite pull it all together. The essential work of Bruce Lipton seems to have been hijacked and used as a vehicle to concoct something which has very little to do with modern or even ancient shamanism. What really turned me off was the sliding into doom and gloom predictions about the 2012 events. If the author really understood the message from the consciousness of our cells, then he could not possibly have fallen into these traps of negativity.
Perhaps I have missed something here, but after reading this book I was left with the feeling that I have totally wasted my money. So I have given it 2 stars just for the effort of trying to deal with a difficult subject and I am sure his intentions were pure.
