Living a long life in great health is a real possibility! I got goose bumps many times when I read the interviews because they "rang" with such truth. There were many times I got so excited that I would read out loud to my husband, amazed by the information that Suzanne shared in her book. I have made changes in my diet, I've ridded our home of toxic substances, I'm exercising more regularly, & I've made an appointment with a progressive doctor who will test my hormone levels & other factors so I will live in optimal health.
