Customer Reviews

Excellent!5
This is one of the most easily understood and clearly illustrated books that I have come across. The inclusion of neuroscience really enhanced my understanding, much more so than a straightforward neuroanatomy book: the authors make repeated links between brain and behaviour, which is really helpful. A particularly nice feature is the inclusion of text boxes of 'core information' at the end of each chapter, which helps to consolidate the information.

beautiful5
I have seen an advance copy of this beautifully illustrated book, rich with explanation, clinical panels and full colour diagrams. An earlier edition won a textbook of the year award from the BMA and this one is sure to follow in ts footsteps. Nice to see plenty of MRI images and spectacular pictures from the "visible human" project.
