Buy it, use it, share it..
Victoria Boutenko is leading a green revolution. Mother was right when she said eat your greens.. but generations of kids went 'bleugghhh..' Let's face it, given the choice between a lettuce and a banana only the rabbit would go for the greens...
In this book Victoria has managed the impossible - she's made green sexy and desirable.. There are loads of recipes here that are delicious and nutritious - two words that don't come together too often in the Standard Western Diet. Most people are happy to eat fruits, it's vegetables that cause the biggest problem - so Victoria squeezes the greens in through the backdoor by making her smoothies as fruity as possible and adding the green so you barely notice it's there.
The truth is, after a couple of weeks your body will choose these foods over all others and as an added incentive Victoria points out that her family noticed improvements in their health in hours and days, not weeks and months.
Do yourself a favour buy a copy for yourself, your parents, your kids, and your friends. If you're suffering from any form of ill health then make this your number one purchase for this week.

What I would like to do is share how I put the messages in the book into practice and trust that it will help potential buyers to purchase this book.
When I first came across this book I instinctively knew this was the path for me to follow to improve my general well being and restore my shaky health. I set out and bought a blender and then waited 2 weeks before using it. I was buying different fruits and greens - and they sat in my fridge.
Then one afternoon I decided to just make one; it was improvised but followed the idea of a chunky soup - salad greens, garlic, fresh ginger, 2 red chillies, 2 sticks of celery, roasted red peppers from a jar, a bunch of parsley, 2 large tomatoes and blitzed. At first it did not seem to blend then I added a cup of filtered tap water and then a second - that did the trick.
I have to say the results were amazing - a gorgeous melange of flavours. Satisfying and totally moreish.
I have not looked back since - neither will you once you take the plunge. I now plan what I am going to make each morning and then collect what I require from my local asian store. The recepies in the book are great and quite detailed - I have used them as a launching pad to develop my own concoctions. Not one has ever been a disappointment.
I have bought the book as presents for my family. Buy, Buy, Buy!
