Fantastic for beginners
Bought this after reading a lot of Nate's stuff on T-nation. This book is aimed a bit low for my level, but if you were a beginner lifter and have a body transformation to make this would be perfect. However if you've been lifting for a couple of years and are still making progress you may want something more advanced.
