Must have for low carbers
I have pretty much all of the South Beach cookbooks and have really enjoyed all of them. I think the cookbooks help keep serious low carbers on the right path. I never worry about entertaining or special occassions and possibly falling off the wagon. I always find a recipe in this book that I can use that will keep me on track. People that come over to dinner are amazed that you can eat this well and still lose weight or maintain a weightloss.
