I do not undersand why Amazon is selling this book in the UK.

I bought it to try and start a calorie control diet but find that it is almost totally US orientated.

Meats are a prime example. Look at the cuts. No English lamb. Try the game. I'm sure there are few UK residents interested in the calories of an alligator steak or a cut of bison or bear.
