Good all round Training book.5
If your looking for a good all round fitness book, this is the one for you. I took it to Iraq with me and followed the book all the way for 6 months. I did build and tone really well. By the end of the 6months I had a noticeable 6 pack and had fuller broader arms and shoulders. I dont think this program is designed for Bodybuilding as such. Even though you do use traditional bodybuilding methods. Its aimed at improving Fitness and reducing fat whilst building muscle. Think of a Brad Pitt/LL cool J/Boxer sort of physique. Not Arnold Schwarzenegger or the Hulk!

It is long term training. No one is expected to just turn into LL overnight. The book has been designed to change your Lifestyle forever. I.E, he goes into detail about what to eat, when to train, when to rest....and so on. And makes you aware for all the Bull surrounding supplements. Which can save you some cash in the long run.

Whether your a beginner or you have been training for years. This will change the way you train and open your eyes.

Great plan - This will work for you4
This was a great book!
Although I don't believe all of the methods explained in this book are 'the best', they will certainly work for you as they have for LL.
LL is no stranger to hard work and this plan will get progressively harder.
Your results will depend on how closely and dilligently you follow this plan.

The only criticism I can give this book is that it's also full of LL's lyrics. They're really not to my taste and I feel this book could be made a lot thinner and more concise if LL's personal imputs were removed.

Quite Simply the best book of its kind5
I have been working in the fitness industry for nearly ten years and i have post graduate qualifications however i am always on the look out for books for new ideas and information. this book is the best of its kind by far. it gives you nearly six months of workouts that are based on the latest sound scientific research. if you want a book that maps out a training plan that gets you results this is the one. its not for the faint hearted but its simply awesome!
