Bit of a let down
On the whole I like Gerri's books. Unfortunately I was disappointed with this one. It is repetitive with the first book in this series, Hunters Way. She must have been short of a story line for her third book in the trilogy to have repeated the scenario of gay cop/straight cop falling in love.
Also I thought the book was rather short. Which seems to be happening a lot of late.

Disappointed? No!
I read two reviews on this book, one complained that it was too much like Hunters Way...straight cop falls in love with gay cop, the other sung its praises. I loved it. It may have a similar love interest as Hunters Way, but the two characters are different, the storyline was good, and to be honest I couldn't put it down. And the nice thing is, the ending leaves just a chance that there could be a fourth book.....and why not? The third book in the Tori Hunter series, it does not disappoint, and I only wish I worked with Casey O'Connor! 10 out of 10 again, Ms Hill!

Another Hill Must Read
I love all of Geri Hill books, she builds believable relationships, understands how to build up the tension, and also writes great crime drama.
