Customer Reviews

Such a beautiful book, and I am sure will be very helpful to you!5
This book is packed with great advice, tips and "tried and tested" practices that help us connect with who we truly are on the inside!
For those of you who are interested in self-development or spiritual development (at whatever stage you are in your journey) I am sure you'll enjoy this book immensely - I certainly did.

If you are someone who struggles with self-love - i.e. finding it hard to love your body, or you're unhappy with any aspect of life or circumstance - this is certainly worth a read, and I am sure it will help enormously.

Disappointment2
I bought this book after a friend recommended it to me, and I must say that it is a huge disappointment. The entire book talks about how it is important to follow your heart, and do what you like, which the author calls "spirit". However she does not give the reader any direction, or examples of how to do so. The only examples she says is to follow your breath, and to list what you like for 10 minutes, and then look at the list. However, for majority of the population this is not how one finds their own spirit or finds an answer to their dream, or gift.

One thing that surprised me the tone of the author, who at some point, openly criticises and gets very petty about a friend of her daughter's who was visiting her house. She says "They ate my food and did not clean up after themselves". Incredible!

I would not waste time or money on this book.
