Keeping an open mind
This CD contains no words. There are no affirmations as I was expecting, but rather 2 tracks of music, where affirmations are subliminally transmitted to you. The first is designed to be background music, to accompany working, exercising etc. It is very pleasant, almost classical and slightly hypnotic. The second is to be listened to without distraction, in a meditative state. It sounds like someone has their finger too long on synthesizer keys, but it does make my brain tingle, and almost ache, which makes me think it might be doing something on a subconcious level. In any case, I have yet to feel any significant changes. The first track does make me feel happy though, so I'll keep using both with an open mind, and see what happens.
