This CD really works!
My five year old daughter has always hated going to bed. The minute I left her room she would find a reason to call me back. It could sometimes take up to two hours to settle her. I've tried back massages, lulluby CDs, letting her look at her favorite book in bed, but within a week or so the novelty would wear off and I would have to find another 'crutch'. I can't remember where I read about this CD but thought I'd give it a try. At first, my daughter refused to listen to it. Then, one afternoon when she was playing in her room, I found her listening to it and again one evening when I went to check on her after putting her to bed. She now listens to it every night. Not only does she now stay in her room after I have left and not call out, but she can also settle herself when she wakes in the night by putting the CD on again. Cristiane Kerr has a soothing, almost hypnotic voice and my daughter loves her stories of fairies sprinkling fairy dust. Trust me, if this works for my daughter, it will work for yours too. I urge you to buy this CD NOW!

Helping your child to sleep better - brilliant!
Another CD, "Enhanchanted Meditation" was recommended to me by a friend of a friend to help our daughter get some better quality sleep without regularly waking - as she has for the last 3+ years since she was age 2. I did buy the recommended CD too + one other by the same author (who has the most wonderful calm & soothing voice). In particular, crazy as it might sound, I decided to buy this one because I knew the cover would appeal to our daughter - and it did! For weeks this was her favourite but she now likes the others too - and they all work. The whole family now gets to sleep much better and I would say that for the cost, give the CDs a try, worth every penny in my view.

Excellent CD to help my daughter relax
This is the third of christine kerr cd's we have, and all of them are beautiful, relaxing ways to help my 8 and now 9yr old daughter relax at the end of the day. She has an active imagination and loves the stories. Christine voice is very relaxing and can't wait for the next one!
