Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego
This game is brilliant fun and very addictive! It is good for your education as you will learn a lot about geography without even realizing it. You are working for a detective agency, trying to track down Carmen Sandiego, one of the world's greatest villains. You will travel round the world trying to find clues by talking to people, who may give you helpful hints about where to search next. You collect all the clues and then they will lead you to one of Carmen's cronies.
If you find the clues too hard you can get help and information by using the fact file. This is how you learn new things about geography.
After you have found a few of her crew your rating as a detective improves and so the clues get harder. This stops the game losing its challenge and means that the game tests you at a higher level when you master the existing one.
If you like this game you will probably enjoy Logical Journey of the Zoombinis.
Don't Waste Your Money
I knew it was an old game when I bought it but didn't realise it would cause such problems I couldn't get it to work. Even in using the compatibility mode and installing the old version of Quicktime did not work. If you're on Windows XP save your dosh! Pity because I think it would've been a terrific game.
