Awesome!
This album is really great, it has a mixture of Funky R&B mixed with Soul & Ska aswell as a couple of slow ballards. Its such a refreshing sound that really needs more praise than it gets. The album is great but you need to go and see them live!
Go See Them Live!
Brilliant album that'll stay in your player for months. The Fat Cats just keep getting better and better every time I see them and I can't recommend them enough as a live act. This is a truly funky album without a single bad track. The Ska element of the album will really appeal to any Madness fans out there and every song has a huge amount of energy put into it. I don't know anyone who's seen or heard the Fat Cats and not loved them. Just buy it now! - them get yourself to a gig.
Simply The Best...
I saw The Fat Cats live and without exageration they were amazing. They were by far the best live act I've seen this side of James Brown and as such I immediately purchased the album, whilst not as good as seeing them live this is never the less a great light hearted album with no bad tracks.
The last track is worth the cost alone, if you buy it you;ll see what I mean. But most importantly - see them live.
