Philips AVENT bottle reduce baby wind or colic Feeding bottles, whether they are angled or straight, need air inside the bottle to replace the milk your baby takes. Upon my wifes advice...
Was not too sure about this product , but my wife persisted that we should go for it, as for the amount of money we would spend on the High Street for the same product. This is a bargain with free delivery to the doorstep included . Have had them for two months and had no flow problems or issues with the bottles. 100% happy with this product and delivery, which was earlier than the estimated time.

Leaky Bottle with Windy Spells
I bought this "starter" kit for my newborn baby to give us everything we needed to feed our baby all in 1 kit (already have steriliser).
We have since moved onto:
- Tommee Tippee with Airvent Control
- Dr Browns

Baby was happy enough using the bottle, however there were a few drawbacks that sent this bottle firmly to the bottom of class.
1. It was very hard to get the teat in place particularly when you are trying so hard not to contaminate the sterilised teat.
2. The bottle had a habit of leaking because it was so hard to get the teat in place.
3. There is no airvent control meaning that you get air bubbles in the milk and a windy baby.
4. A more minor point - if you fill the bottle with pre-made milk and then warm, the pressure inside the bottle is not equalised during warming and can come out too fast.

Tommee Tippee seemed to reduce the amount of wind baby is getting.
On recommendation from friends and colleagues, I have now moved onto Dr Browns as I've been told that their offspring get virtually no wind at all from Dr Browns bottles.
