This is One Good Book!
I have read AD Livingston's book and, although he is a good author, longed for something else. I ordered this one before it was released (on blind faith), and when I got it, I could not believe all the information covered! It is excellent!

This book not only covers the making of lures and artificial baits, which is what I was looking for, but it also goes into rod building and net building, mold making and all terminal tackle I can think of.

I highly recommend this book!

An encyclopaedic tackle tome.
Really is what it says on the cover and more. 'The complete book of tackle making'. A wealth of information on all aspects of fishing tackle repair, making, tools, methods etc, etc, etc. Written in easy-speak language with simple to understand instructions, diagrams and pictures that cannot fail to teach. Comprehensive lists/pictures and drawings of nearly all terminal tackle pieces and accessories like nets and gaffs available to Anglers. Doesn't get any more concise than this. Whether you just want to make your own lures, rods and traces or simply gain a better understanding of your gear, then this is the book. Not confined to lure fishing but encompasses all rod and line disciplines. Something for every Angler and a fantastic reference source.
