Customer Reviews

Good enough for Pinsent good enough for me4
After hearing that Mathew Pinsent and the rest of the Olympic gold medal team did Pilates I was interested to see how i could implement into my team training regime. Well so far the the rate of injuries has decreased, performance increased but most of all level of enthusiam for training. A great book for anyone serious about being the best.

great book5
Pilates has been used by sports people to treat injuries for a while now, and as someone who does pilates to a high level, and a lot of triathlon, this book has shown me how specific pilates moves can help each of those sports. For anyone who does any kind of sport, and suffers injuries, or wishes to prevent them from reoccuring, then this is a valuable book.

Paul Massey - Sports Pilates5
Brilliant book, every Pilates teacher should own it. Detailed, well explained, I learnt so much more from it and use it all the time.
