Just be careful...
I love the 10 minute solution range, they really help fit exercise into your day, and customising your own workout stops boredom! You work really hard and they do achieve results.
HOWEVER... I think you need to be careful with this particular DVD, it is quite fast paced and the instructor wiggles her feet about a lot, without giving guidance on posture. For those less experienced with squats and lunges it could lead to injury! Make sure you keep your feet grounded, and that the knees don't go over the feet. Also, I would advise doing a few leg stretches after the DVD, it is important that calves, quads and hamstrings are properly cooled down to prevent aches and pains or injury.
That said, the DVD is excellent value for money, just be careful!
This is so 1990s
Remember aerobics class in the 1990s? Well, this video is like a fast-paced version of all the moves. Fast in a bad way. Forget about controlled movements that make the msucles work hard. I was looking for something pretty advanced, but this isn't hard, it's just I think they are too quick to really be effective. Buy Cindy Crawford's videos instead, especially the next challenge.
not a second wasted !!
I've become addicted to the "10 Minute" DVDs. This one lives up to expectation.
Each 10 minute section keeps you moving throughout but by varying the bodyparts worked and often using upper and lower body together, you get a great workout without noticing the time. My skin is soaked without feeling like I can't carry on!! Really gets the heart rate going.
I particularly love the way you can pick and choose each day which sections you want to do and in which order to do them. I usually finish up with one or more of the "10 minute" yoga or pilates DVD sections for a great cooldown/stretch.
The combinations are endless and by doing ten minutes at a time you can push yourself to keep doing an extra section, often ending up doing more exercise than you thought you had the energy for !!.
Great value and variety.
