Lurking, deep down below where the other Flanimals are is a whole new land, just waiting to be studied and explored. This is Flanimals of the Deep. Here, the unique, complex and completely mental life form discovered in books one and two just gets even weirder. And more fantastic. So if you feel well enough, read on and prepare to be astounded all over again. As all life started in the water, this book shows the greatest diversity of Flanimal life so far. From the lowly Mulgi and Flambois up to the more advanced creatures such as Bif Uddlers and Mulons. The book also features a Splug but this is not worth reading about.

Mungler Madness
You just have to see the cover to know that this book takes Flanimals to a new and even more hilarious heights. I adored the first two books and really didn't think Gervais and Steen could improve upon them, but taking us into the murky depths of this strange world was an inspired decision. Not only do you get to meet yet more crazy creatures, fighting for survival in a world that seems intent on eating them for breakfast, but we begin to get a glimpse of the environments they live in. The illustrations are at their most detailed yet and every page had me chuckling. All I can say is "Thank Grob for Flanimals!"
Takes the Flanimals to new depths
Although well timed for CHristmas, this is a must have present for my daughter and the stickers in the back are the icing on the cake. Having read all three now, the creativity is still there and it is nice to find something that kids like which is genuinely funny.
The 3rd Book and I'm still laughing
When I first read the first book of Flanimals I thought it was fantastic but I thought it would be the only one or the sequels wouldn't be as good.
How wrong was I. This series hasn't lost its funniness and going into the sea was a great idea. Now we can experience the similarities beet land flanimals and sea flanimals, look at the evolution that happened over billions of years (and some in 2 weeks) and laugh at the originality of the new flanimals all in one book. This book is a must buy for anyone with a wacky sense of humour!
