Will scratch your iPhone - don't buy!

I don't know if I got a dud one or something but this case has already broken and, when I took it off, I found it had completely scratched the silver border around the front of the iPhone. When I felt the surface of the case that sits against it, it hadn't been smoothed off properly, no wonder it scratched my iPhone! I'm gutted because I always look after my phones and iPods and was so excited about getting this and now it's ruined :o(

Protects, but looks?
So with eagerness I awaited my Iphone. I bought it outright (no contract) so I wanted to look after it. I saw this cover, it was transparent so why not?
Anyway, yes it protects the handset, I dropped it and it was fine. But it cheapens the look of the phone IMHO.
If you wnat safety buy it, if you are into aesthetics/or shallow, then don't. But live with the risk and don't complain if you're Iphone drops and breaks. Panic has now set in and I am reaching for my cover...

Great i-phone cover, looks good and generally functions well. There isn't a screen protector so you'll need to buy that separately. As a female "slidiness" (is that a word?!)of the cover is pretty irrelevant as it generally gets knocked around in a handbag but a male friend was impressed that it slid easily in and out of jeans pockets whereas other i-phone covers had proven more sticky. The only problem I've had is needing to remove the lower half of the cover as it does not sit in the docking station, other than that a highly commendable product.
