Love it
After my disastrous attempt with Paul Prudhomme's book, this book was a breath of fresh air. Tasty, simple recipes which remind me of the Carribean. Not all are perfect, but a very good success rate with me, particularly with fish & prawn recipes.

This book is for anyone who wants to excel as a cook without having to spend hours in the kitchen. The ingredients are not too difficult to find. The recipes are quick to make and easy to follow. Best of all, every recipe I've tried tastes delicious. The best recipe book I've found by a long way. Highly recommended.
