Customer Reviews
A blast from the past
A great selection of old skool classics. Took me way way back. I would, however, have preferred use of the original versions in the selection. A great retrospective selection of trance stormers nonetheless.
"like space travel - only better"
'A. Welland' must have a problem with his/her hearing if he/she thinks these tracks are filler - you only have to skim over the tracklisting to see that it's full of monsters. Anyone who knows anything about anything knows an anthem when they hear it and this album is full of them. And as for poor mixing?! From Jules, Hardwick & Bond?! Seriously? No, all 3 discs are feckin class as expected.
I can't get enough of this - played it constantly for the last week.. Brings back so many great memories. end of.
Keep it tidy, and keep it hard. Long live Gatecrasher.
The Worst Example of Low-Rent Fillers Ever
I'm always looking for something new or tracks/remixes I may have missed from 20 years on the club scene, so I bought this knowing it was a leap of faith from the track list. However, AVOID like the plague, as it is the worst collection of fillers and poor mixes. I don't think I've ever come across a more misrepresentative title. Even the true 'anthems' (of which there are only two) are obscure remixes which nausiate against your senses as you know the originals were SO much better. It's going back today!
