This is an excellent fitness accessory its very useful it tells you your heart rate on the fly as well as the calories you have burned and how much fat burned out of the total calories i would recommend for anyone in training or anyone trying to lose weight it looks cool too.

If you work out regularly and want to know how you're doing this does a fine job. I was amazed at the discounted price, very good value and beat other sites with ease. Exercise without a monitor is like trying to read a book in the dark, and a lot more risky, so tihs fits the bill!
