Omnisat satellite Compass
Hi this Satellite compass is ok for seeing the degrees off south the satellite is
But I thought the actual North South Neddle was inclinded to get stuck,(not at North)even when turning the Compass, didn`t have a lot of faith in it, so got a map compass from a camping shop
,which will do the job once setting the dial the direction of the satellite,so using the two and the signal strengh on the tv screen
I find it easy to locate satellite, for sky & sky sports
simple, but does the job, maybe.
Put a new Humax Freesat box in,replacing a Sky+ box. The satellite dish had moved in a high wind, so bought this little device, plus signal strength meter, to sort it out. Well, that was the idea. Didn't work for me, so got a bloke in who fixed it in no time. Live and learn. Still got a compass thought, and I now know exactly where north is.
