fantastic product,the dvd player is top notch and free infra red head phones are a great bonus.the digital tv is fantastic though i would recommend buying a stronger aerial preferbly a boosted one if you are going to use this in the car .but otherwise terrific little machine.

Nearly Good
Good value as a large-screen portable DVD player. Disapointing compliance with DVD standards - only plays +R and +RW reliably (-RW VIDEO with glitches and -RW VR not at all). In our area quite useless as TV receiver.

Nextbase 1102
The Nextbase SDV1102 with it's 10" screen was a logigal upgrade from my 7" screen also from Nextbase. As I am on a Royal Navy warship one of the comforts of home is being able to watch your choice of movie in the comfort of your own space. It came bundled with infared headphones with a surprisingly long battery life and simpily it is suited my needs perfectly.

Apart from testing the Freeview receiver for functionality, I haven't used it. It also come fitted with a USB port that works fine with a USB stick, but plugging in my external hard drive caused an error message to be displayed. When viewing files from an external source it seems to only display 40 folders although on the PC many more are displayed. This may be due to it being only 1.1. compliant.

That said, it has suited my needs perfectly and have already reccomended it to my colleagues
