Some of the best footage on snow leopards4
I really enjoyed this dvd as it has some of te best footage you will see on these endangered cats. It doesn't follow a story of the cat's lives it is mainly about the cameraman looking for the snow leopards and explaining about their conservation etc. However, the footage you get to see of the snow leopards is some of the best - its amazing to finally get to watch snow leopards in the wild. There is footage of a snow leopard with her adult cub and of a hunt. I would highly recommend this dvd to anyone who loves snow leopards.

If you like snow leopards- buy this.5
This is a great DVD. Nisar Malik and Mark Smith set out into the mountains, determined to film snow leopards. Snow leopards are unfortunately very rare and there isn't much footage of them in their natural surroundings. Malik and Smith brave some serious terrain and rough weather and this pays off when they finally find a snow leopard and manage to get in close and film her. I am fascinated by snow leopards and enjoyed watching the rare footage and the fantastic scenery on the DVD. I wish the film could have been longer but as the snow leopard is so rare it's never going to be easy to stroll out and film continuously for a four hour DVD!! Great, would highly recommend it.

Excellent!!!!5
This is an amazing documentary about the secret life of the snow leopard. If you are looking for a real "first-hand" general view about the natural history and conservation of this species, this is the best way to get it!. Excelllent footages, not so good music, good story... I only noted that if they took so many footages of the snow leopard, I don't know why a few images are shown several times in the same programme... In this way, the edition is not so good!... but anyway, it is an excellent work taking into consideration how difficult is to find this species in the wild. There are just a few documentaries on this endangered big cat, but this one is absolutely the best!.
