The story in this book is based on episodes 3 and 4 of season one of the TV show Primeval. It is very basically written and is suitable for children around the ages of 8 to 10, the 8 year old I know found this series of books too basic and wanted more detail.

Both episodes are contained in a total of 138 pages.

There are 8 pages of colour stills from the show in the middle.

Primeval is a series about a university professor (Nick Cutter) who goes out to investigate a report of a dinosaur and discovers an anomaly through which they can travel in time.

This book contains a story about giant crocodiles and dodos.

A good book for younger fans of the series but for slightly older children and adults you may want to try something else.
