Channeling to your guides
This book is ideal as it takes you by the hand and explains how to channel in gentle exercises which allow you to stop if you feel that it is not for you. You work at your own pace and you can actually feel as you read, that the book has been written with love. Whether this love emanates from the author or her guide or both it doesn't matter. You will feel the love surround you as you do the exercises and are guided to a place of light.

Great book for anyone interested in learning to channel
This book provided me with exactly what I was looking for. I learned how to channel by following the instructions/exercises provided. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to connect with their guides. I've learned so much that I've since gone on to write my own book on this subject matter, titled "My Truths, Accepting Higher Knowledge".

I bought this book because, i have been interested in how to channel for quite some time, i am also sensitive.

I wouldnt necessarily recommend this book for everybody. I think it would be useful if you had some experience of meditating first. If you do have this experience, it cuts out a proportion of the book.

The reason why this is an excellent book is that if you are ready, the exercises are simple and powerful. I read this book in a day, i sat down for half an hour and bang, result. Now thats powerful.

It is not a perfect book, it is for the beginner, so you may find yourself skipping between sections. Those sections are there in case you doubt yourself; they help to give you practical advice and relay others experiences which is comforting.

Most people will not buy this book on a whim, if you seriously want to open to channel, this is the book to buy.
