	Last Exile - Complete Collection [DVD] Buy used from: £69.20 Epic in every sense. Great characters and an intensely detailed world. Stunning. 10/10
	Paprika [DVD] [2006] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £4.88 A sublime film. A very interesting score, inventive visuals and an off the wall story that's constantly mutating. 10/10
	Serial Experiments Lain - Episodes 1-13 [DVD] [1999] by Serial Experiments Lain Buy new: £28.87 Unique. 10/10.
	Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence [DVD] Buy new: £14.98 / Used from: £3.98 Beautiful, thought-proving and philosophical. Great to look at and to listen to. 10/10.
	Texhnolyze Collection [DVD] [2003] Buy new: £30.88 Dark, very dark but with more depth and originality than most anime. Great opening and closing music also. 10/10.
	Gunslinger Girl - The Complete Box Set [DVD] [2003] by Gunslinger Girl Buy used from: £21.00 A sad story told well. Good music, visuals, character and story. 9/10
	My Neighbour Totoro [DVD] Buy new: £6.48 / Used from: £5.87 Unusal, sweet and memorable (and one has to love that cat bus). If this film is to your taste then you must also track down Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. 10/10
	Elfen Lied - The Complete Collection [DVD] by Elfen Lied Buy new: £17.88 / Used from: £21.99 Not really of the same calibre as the first eight in this list but the first anime series I watched and well enough done to merit a mention. 7/10
	Chrono Crusade - Complete Collection [DVD] Buy new: £28.98 A slow burner this one but stick with it and you will be rewarded. Good music, good use of slang and an ending that will touch even the stoniest of hearts. 8/10
