Product Description

Ah Stonehenge. The mystical place where Tess is arrested in the heartbreaking climax of 'Tess of the D'Urbervilles'. And of course where our colleague Simon passed out after a rather wild night at the Summer Solstice. Whatever your knowledge or experience of this legendary site, you can now own your own version of it. This title lets you explore the mystery of one of the world's most famous monuments, and replicate the wonders of it. We at gadgetshop HQ often wonder What could possibly have possessed an ancient civilization to drag more than 150 rocks over treacherous, steep land to Salisbury Plain - and how did they do it? But never fear, in these modern times there is no dragging necessary. All one needs is this kit, including 16 Stonehenge rocks, a landscaped mat and a 32-page guide capturing the possibilities of this ancient wonder. So declare yourself a stonemason and get building.

Customer Reviews

great for kids too4
My eight year old was given one of these and he is so pleased with it. The box is a little too small but apart from that it's all perfectly formed. It is small numbered plastic stone replica pieces and a "mat" to show where they go and a little easy to understand book about the stones.
