Bestselling author Josephine Cox brings us a hilarious and entertaining tale for next Christmas! "I'm 36 years of age; handsome and fit. I'm not as tall as I'd like to be, nor am I rippling with chest-muscles. But I reckon I'm a dead ringer for Hugh Grant." After years spent with 'the dreaded Laura' Ben is finally free! A new divorcee he can't wait to get back in the game and sets about writing a list of all the things he has to do: / NOT sign up to the gym. (He's fit enough anyway). / Smoke cigars -- they're much more sophisticated than cigarettes. / NOT contact Laura and that includes hiding in the bushes to spy on her. / Play the field! As Ben enters the world of singledom with his sidekick Dickie Manse (brains-in-his-pants), Ben finds himself on a whole new adventure and has plenty of fun along the way.

About the Author
Josephine Cox was born in Blackburn, one of ten children. At the age of sixteen, Josephine met and married her husband Ken, and had two sons. When the boys started school, she decided to go to college and eventually gained a place at Cambridge University. She was unable to take this up as it would have meant living away from home, but she went into teaching -- and started to write her first full-length novel. She won the 'Superwoman of Great Britain' Award, for which her family had secretly entered her, at the same time as her novel was accepted for publication.

Divorced and Deadly by Josephine Cox
I found this book to be extremely funny and totally different from her normal style of writing. Thoroughly enjoyable, especially the smelly dog. I haven't laughed so much for a long time. Well done Josephine.
Well worth reading
I bought this book for my mother. I don't usually read her type of books but was drawn to it for the humour it claimed it had.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and think most people will have friends and acqaintances who they will be able to relate to the characters in the book.
Hope there is a follow on.
