Customer Reviews

Great reference guide5
I entered a mini Triathlon, and having never done one before, I was fairly apprehensive, so ordered this book. This book is brilliant because it takes you from the very beginning. It also has a training programme at the back which has really worked for me. In addition it adds encouraging comments and case profiles throughout the training programme which really helps. I've modified the schedual very slightly but the results have been fantastic and I'm only on week 6. I'd recommend it to anyone from no fitness to intermediate (fairly sporty)fitness levels. You won't be disappointed.
