How to do Vienna the easy way5
An excellent guide. Quick and easy to find things to see and do. Excellent suggestions. Enough information to keep you going, without overloading you with stuff to wade through. Perfect for a weekend break - and not too heavy to stuff in your bag. Maps are excellent. Loads of mini-maps inside too so, if you decide you want a cafe for lunch, flick to 'top10 cafes' and not only are there great suggestions, but there's a little map so you can work out which one is closest. A real find!

Repetitive2
I can't say I agree with the other reviewer entirely. I found the book to give a good overview of the city, great pictures and some useful information on attractions. It's a great size and can be carried around in a (large) pocket.

However... there's a lot of repetition from chapter to chapter, the same sites crop up 2 or 3 times through the book. The maps are of a good quality, but could stretch a bit further than the city centre. Although it's been reprinted, and only a year before my visit, it's innaccurate in terms of prices and travel information, missing new underground stations and doesn't have a tram guide of the city centre. I frequently found myself sat in cafes (enjoying the great cakes the Viennese make:-)) flicking through and attempting to find information that just isn't in the DK top10 book.

Five star booklet5
An easily portable booklet with detailed information about Vienna's tourist attractions and how to access them. Clearly written and well indexed it contains everything you need to know for a short break.
