Average customer review:Product Description
Vietnam opened its doors to tourists in the late 80s and, while at first a destination frequented by backpackers and war veterans, its appeal has grown ever since. Blessed with a long coast sprinkled with casuarina-lined beaches, the country now attracts sun-lovers and surfers, with resorts and spas sprouting all along the coast. Part of the award-winning Eyewitness series, this sumptuously illustrated guide leads readers to it all, from the floating markets of the Mekong Delta in the south to the hill towns inhabited by the Hmong minority in the north, and the best beaches to be found in between. A full chapter is dedicated to Angkor in neighbouring Cambodia, with the astounding temples illustrated in glorious detail. Whether zipping around old Hanoi in a pedal-powered cyclo or dining on the exquisite local cuisine, the Eyewitness Guide to Vietnam and Angkor Wat is indispensable.

I would not go to vietnam without a DK guide!
Vietnam and Angkor Wat (DK Eyewitness Travel Guides)
The DK guides are all the same, they show you what to see, not just write about it. The plans and pictures are a joy to use. This one include Cambdia and Ankor. There are loads of exciting interesting detailed things to see and know about these countries and the way the DK guides lay out the information makes them very helpful and a pleasure to read
Ok for a glossy picture book
This is a condensed guide to Vietnam and Ankor Watt. It will give you a light-weight over view of the country and will inspire you. For a proper guide to Vietnam I'd get hold of a copy of Frommer's you won't regret it.
