Product Description

Your holiday starts the moment you open the guide … "The best guide available. Packed to the brim with colour photos, maps and essential information." Amazon Reader review. Malaysia beckons with an astounding mix of lush rainforests, gorgeous beaches and precipitous mountains, and this latest volume in the award-winning Dorling Kindersley Eyewitness Travel Guide series covers every aspect of this fascinating country. Nature lovers can swim with colourful fish off the shores of numerous islands or spot orangutans and other exotic jungle-dwellers in Sarawak. Using the unique cutaway maps and 3D models explore the ultra-modern skyscrapers of Kuala Lumpur and Singapore which overwhelm the colonial buildings still found in the centre of both metropolises. Full-colour maps, city plans, thematic tours and walks enable you to explore the capital and the regions in depth. Whether discovering the slopes of Mount Kinabalu or shopping in Kuala Lumpur, the Eyewitness Guide to Malaysia and Singapore is indispensable. Winner of the Guardian & Observer ‘Best Guide Books' Award and Wanderlust Magazine Silver Award 'Top Guidebook'

Very useful5
This is a very colourful and useful guide of the whole country including Borneo and Singapore.

Divided into different regions and including multiple up to date colour pictures and maps offers very good visual information of the different resorts.

There is chapter on accomodation at the end of each region and tips about transport to the area.

Travelling in Malaysia is not difficult as English is widely spoken and is relatevly unexpensive to do so , all the trabeller needs is a good guide ,like this one , to get from A to B.

Great information for your Money5
I cannot recommend the Eyewitness Travel Guides enough.

You get so much information for your money - where to stay and eat (no matter what your budget is), 'must' see and do's, a streetsmart section and stunning photography - you cannot go wrong.

All of this and you can still fit it in your pocket or bag!!
