An education for an urbanite
This is a lifestyle video that can be enjoyed by the whole family. My three children sit and watch every episode. It is great that as a result of viewing they have developed some understanding of what living off the land means. Being an urbanite it is important to show to the children how the countryside works and how food is produced. River Cottage goes some way to explaining this.

Another excellent DVD by Hugh and set in Dorset at River Cottage. The two disk set shows the continuation of Hugh's self-sufficiency experiment. Now he adds some more livestock and creates more exciting meals. Sit back and enjoy a slice of the country you do not always see. Escaping to the country can be found through this DVD. And for all the girls out there, Hugh is a fit guy too!
