Helpful, but too short.
This is a very well designed piece of language software, it's both easy and fun to use and is good for expanding your Arabic vocabulary. The only problem is that it's way to short. It would have made a fantastic 'demo' for the full product but as it stands this is far too little for far too much. Tourists and students alike will find this frustratingly brief, which is a real shame as this software displays a lot of potential.

Arabic can be easier than you think!
This is an excellent language program, using sounds and pictures to help you learn simple vocabulary. Don't worry about Arabic script - the words are written in the normal alphabet. The use of games makes learning fun, and you can record your progress by building up points toward the target total when you've completed the whole program.

Even if you've never heard the language before, in no time at all, you'll feel confident about the common words included.

My only criticism is the section on countries of the world. It seems more reliant on my knowledge of flags of the world, rather than my ability to remember the Arabic names for the countries! Don't let that put you off though - this is value for money, it'll give you something to impress your friends with, and it's great fun - enjoy!
