Good Book with Sound Advice
This is an excellent little book for the money. Included are suggested whole body workouts that include resistance based exercises and core stability as well as cardiovascular work, so important for maintaining health and fitness. You will need access to a gym or weights for many of the routines though.
There is sound advice regarding cardiovascular training for fat burning too, including suggested interval work.
Exercise descriptions are good and the tips are helpful in preventing bad form.
The advice on when to eat and what to eat is brief but welcome and sets you on the right path.
