Great value
I reckon this pack is great value for money, lots of information and I like the way the guy writes.Good video footage of set hand positions is great reference material for people.

A fab set
A lovely set, comprising of 2 cd's, dvd and book. The book is very simple, yet effective - gives ways of using reiki in achieving goals, enhancing creativity etc. It also covers the basics, which are always beneficial to revisit from time to time. The guided meditations on one of the cd's are effective as well. William Lee Rand is a true gem, and has contributed so much to the world of reiki

great starter set
As a Reiki master I was looking for suitable info for level I Students, this kit gives good up to date info on the history of Usui Reiki. It is easy to follow, inspirational stories and the cd's and dvd are really good. This kit is also good for those people who are doing their level II Reiki. The cards make learning all the hand positions easier as you have something visual to follow. It talks about the uses of the level II symbols without printing images of them which I personally feel is the right way, those students who have been shown the symbols don't need pictures and those who haven't can still get good information on the principals of them before they use them. I recommend this for level I and II students of Reiki and those who would just to know a bit more about what Reiki is.
