Protects and serves
It works well, the nano is slid in one end.
the silicone bands protect the buttons, can be removed if you wish, but can operate the thing through them with no trouble.
One note, the top casing only allows the original slim headet to fit, any others are by nature 'fatter' and don't fit.
However a nail file soon cures that
Solid!
I had never seen an iPod cover like this before, but as it came free with my iPod Nano I decided I might as well give it a go. I like the fact that it is mostly clear, because the bright pink of my iPod is still easy to see. I usually only use the transparent whitish coloured rubber bit which fits over the wheel, because I think that goes best with it, but it's nice to have the option of changing it.The charger and headphones work well with the cover on, although the wheel disable switch can be a little tricky to get to.
The only problems I have with this cover is that it can be quite hard to get your iPod out again once it is in the solid case (long finger nails come in handy) and when you have the rubber cover over the wheel it can be a little difficult to rotate (when turning up the volume and stuff like that), but that isn't a big problem as it is easy to slid down for a couple of seconds to do what you want to your music.
I am very happy with my cover (especially as it was free) and I think it will last quite a while. It's pretty sturdy, although I haven't tried droping it from a great height yet and don't plan to any time soon!
