An Average B Movie
This film is a B Movie, if you do not like B movies stop reading this review now and don't buy this film as you will not enjoy it (I personally love B Movies).
This film starts by following a formula that a lot of B Movies, with the word "Bikini" in the title, follow. We have a business in this case a marina that is going out of business. However unlike other B Movies with the word "Bikini" in the title, it does not solve its problem by hireing lots of bikini clad women who can't keep their tops on, to work bringing in lots of stupid and easily led blokes who spend all their money saving the business just in time.
In this case a young guy by the name of Bobby, returns to his home town having spent 3 years in LA to find that his brothers marina is going to be swallowed up by a bank, and that his brother is very bitter about his him up and leaving 3 years before and so does not have a warm welcome for him.
All comes right in the end as Bobby reunites with his brother and then with his ex girlfriend. He then goes on to challange the banker, who is trying to take the Marina, to a water skiing race with the marina as the stake.
Although there is a little more to this film (for example the guy who keeps falling asleep and dreaming of topless women only to be woken by his "Friends" just as he is about to get lucky), it's not much, the film is very short. If you play it right to the end of the credits then it hits the 70 min mark exactly. However the credits stop quite a while before that you are left listening the music and looking at a blank screen. This has been done quite obviously so that it makes the film seem slightly longer. It looks better on the back of the box if it says 70 min rather than 69 min.
The acting in this is not that bad in fact for a B Movie its very good. Like a lot of B Movies there is a fair amount of nudity. But over all this film did not do it for me, it's not like the other B Movies that follow the failing business formula, films like "Bikini Drivein" and "Golfballs" are much more fun than this, and that is something I want from a B Movie, and that is very much lacking in this film.
Although the film in its self is not that bad, it is to short and lacking in a certain somthing and so I would not recomend it, there are much better films like the ones mentioned above.

Avoid this movie, if it can be called a movie.

Possibly one of the worst purchases I have ever made, the girls in the movie look great, but sadly thats about it.
