Customer Reviews

Disappointe3
Extremely disappointed when considering how many excellent shows he made in the early 90@s. Very patronising in terms of family input and content was very basic in terms of all the standard songs sang which did not have that passion we know JC normally gives

Good show4
This concert is dating from 1993. Cash is joined on stage with his son, The Carter Family, and short appearance of Kris Kristofferson.
Songs featured on dvd are:

1. Daddy Sang Bass
2. Keep On the Sunny Side
3. Georgia On A Fast Train
4. Ring of Fire
5. Folsom Prison Blues
6. Get Rhythm
7. I Still Miss Someone
8. A Boy Named Sue
9. Ghost Riders in the Sky
10. Long Black Veil
11. Big River
12. Jackson
13. Wabash Cannonball
14. Will the Circle be Broken
15. Forty Shades of Green
16. I Walk the Line

Sound is in 5.1 & Stereo, picture is quite good. There are no special
features in this edition. Nice concert, but nothing breathtaking.

Duets with Kris + a little more4
This show is pretty uneven. Some performances are quite lacklustre, and the Carter family sequence is substandard to their usual spirited performances. But JC saves it all with good versions of Folsom prison blues and I still miss someone. But the real treat here is to watch him do Long black veil and Big river with Kris Kristofferson. Great to watch the two of them perform, how they look at each other. They really loved each other. Great version of Big river, one of my favorites. Also fun to watch and listen to the audience sing along on A boy named sue and Ghostriders in the sky.
