Waste of money
I bought this based on the reviews on Amazon.com. It was rated higher than the quickstart book but cost over double the price. I was completely new to Wordpress and have no previous knowledge of PHP and only a very vauge understanding of HTML and CSS yet there was nothing the book could add to the information I recieved from the Wordpress site. I tried to view a website that had a theme builder but the book gave me a duff link. This really is the most pointless book I have ever bought.

Very useful WordPress introduction
I like this book because it is very practical, and built almost like a tutorial. Hayders book gave me a very good understanding of how WordPress works, and I have used the book as a reference for a couple of months now.
You will find most of the information on the web, but if you like the usability of a book (!), this one is very good. :)
