Product Description

Do we really have past lives? At one level, this is a thrilling romance adventure from the 17th century. But it's also true. Jenny Smedley's life was changed the second she recognized a past life soulmate in American country music singer, Garth Brooks. Under hypnosis, she began to recall the life they shared together as Madeleine and Ryan Fitzgerald in the 1600s. Memories came tumbling back, and she wrote this astonishing tale of love, sacrifice, murder, death and renewal. She later found many points of confirmation of her story. That moment of recognition also changed Jenny's present life. From a depressed, overweight, suicidal woman she became a successful song writer, author, radio celebrity, newspaper columnist and TV presenter. Knowing our past lives is key to understanding our present one, and Jenny's story can inspire you to change your own life in the same way.

Reaching deep inside5
This book was written in a way that drew me in. Such a personal tale, shared openly and honestly. I have no doubt that it's true, although other readers can make up their own minds. It reached a part of me that had been closed down for years!

A past life overshadows the present life.3
The remembrance of a past life encounter awakens the author from a state of past life forgetfulness which proves to be the answer to her periods of depression and horrific nightmares. This books share her journey as she salvages her sanity and reclaims happiness and inner peace.

Most of the book is where Jenny Smedly reveals her past life encounters with 'Ryan Fitzgerald' in the 1600's. This seem to be where her modern-day life acquired all of its emotional baggage, for life for them both in that lifetime was fraught with emotion, danger and heartache.

In her modern-day world she is convinced he is music singer Garth Brooks. She eventually is 'spiritually nudged' to seek him out and goes in search of him to finalise the spiritual connetion, for she wants to be at peace with herself and her loves in this lifetime.

I felt a little like a fly on the wall who was privy to too much personal angst and frustration in someone else's life and past life. It has an ending which is pleasing to the author ( I won't be giving any secrets away). Was it true? - the only way is to read it and make your own mind up. The author found her 'answers' but all you may find are 'questions'. Questions about the reality of past lives and their possible effect on this life.
