Designed for beginner and Reiki Levels one & Two
This is an excellent book for all those interested in Reiki as well as those students studying Reiki Levels One & Two. It puts in to easy speak all the basic ideas of Reiki and has some useful questions and that you might be asked as a Reiki Practitioner. I work as a therapist and have reccomended this book to those clients interested in learning Reiki for themselves as it is such a great book to start with as an introduction. There are some usful techniques and meditations in the book that were not taught to me by my own Reiki Master, so I have found it to be a very rewarding read. Would highly reccommend following this book up with The Ultimate Reiki Guide for Practitioners and Masters also by Ellyard if you are a Reiki Practitioner at either Reiki 2 or Master level.
