South Park - awesome show which seems to be getting better and better - starts to come really good post season 4

Red Dwarf - One of the first comedies I was introduced to by a friend - a great show, with lots of light-hearted inoffensive humour.

Great Teacher Onizuka - the live action series of this show is brilliantly OTT and the anime is equally fantastic to watch.

Serial Experiments Lain - brilliantly moody anime, explores the power and perhaps future of the internet (the wired), slow-paced but I liked it.

Dexter - everybody's favourite serial killer is an enthralling watch, I hope there's going to be a Season 3 :).

The X-Files - this series really set a prescedent in terms of standard in US television, you could (and people have) spawn so many films from the ideas that the X-Files throws about. Top Stuff!

Heroes - an easy series to follow, if not a tad daft, but very well structured to make you eager to catch the next episode.

Friends - I never plan to watch Friends, it's just there and then you laugh at it, I doubt they'll be such a natural sitcom for a long-time to come.

Family Guy - I don't care that it is a bit too random for it's own good - Family Guy can be brilliant, can sometimes come across as a bit self aware and pretencious at times.

Peep Show - really funny unique sitcom - good stuff.

The Mighty Boosh - didn't really like a lot of the first series, prefer series 2 and 3, which have some great bits - "you know Momma Zoom, she was in here last Thursday, the one eating toast." lovely.

24 - Starting to get a bit daft in terms of escalating the catastrophe as the series go on. You'd guess after one nuclear weapon goes off it's been quite a bad day for the country, but it gets worse!
