Received item 4 days after ordering it. Assembly was pretty straight froward. Been using it for two weeks now and would recommend it. i have noticed the difference already in my abs. so if you want a good ab machine which is a lot cheaper then the one advertised on shopping channels this is the one

It is great my ab's have never been tighter, i realy recomened this for first timer's!

Which do you choose3
Theres alot of variations of this product on the market, but due to the fact they are all most likley made in the same location i have gone with the seller with the best feedback as did not want to wait months for delivery. Was delivered within two days and am very happy with the service. The product, well initialy not overly impressed by some of the build quality but its a very simple and easy product to put together and use. As of yet cant give details on how good it works until its given a proper run through, however have read that you can get great results if used correctly.
