Just what I had been waiting for5
Having read Jim Sternes other books and visited his web site on a regular basis, I was expecting great things from this book and wasn't disappointed.

Rather than concentrate on how to build a web site or sell your company online, this book examines the tricky issue of how to measure how successful your web site is.

The book examines why you should measure, how to measure and then what to do with the results. The book is filled with very useful examples and my copy is annotated throughout.

I'd recommend this book to anyone who needs to know whether their webs site is successful and how they can measure it

WOuld not recommend this book1
This book starts bad and gets worse. It starts with 6 or 7 points about what it is not then goes on to give one reason what its about. The author keeps referencing some speaker who is his hero. Total padding I thought, but as I searched through the book I could not find anything of any value. Not in the habit of leaving negative feedback but there must be better books about on the subject, I will start looking now.
