About the Author
The late Tracy Hogg trained at Great Ormond Street Hospital and continued her education in midwifery and caring for newborns at St James' Hospital in Leeds and St Catherine's Hospital, Doncaster. She migrated to the US in 1993 where her uncanny ability to understand and calm babies led to her nickname 'The Baby Whisperer'. Melinda Blau is an award-winning writer specialising in family and health topics. She is the author of seven other books and countless magazine articles and is the mother of two grown-up children.

great back up
ths is a great handy sized back up / reminder of the full sized version. good to have as a reference to save time leafing through the full sized version.
Not worth buying
I was so impressed with the baby whisperer book, that I thought this would be just as good, however it is exactly the same as the blue book, just a condensed version. The wording is identical. It is good to pop in your handbag and does contain a reference section and charts without the detail of the first book. I thought I was getting something new and it turns out it's the same old stuff just with a different cover. Very dissappointed.
A fantastic book full of top tips
This book is a real help to first time mums. I would definately reccommend it. Full of tips it is a must have.
