A great grater.
This is a brilliant little tool, where I work we have multiple of them and they get used every day.
We use them for zesting citrus fruits, grating hard cheeses (grana padano, parmesan), crushing garlic. And anything else we want really fine, really quickly.
It's very easy to use and saves a huge amount of time compared to other graters which seem to 'snag' the food as it passes over it.
I've never had the 'water dripping' problem myself, so in my book this gadget gets 5 stars, and if I was ever searching for a present for someone who loves cooking, this is what I would get.
microplane fine
This is a very useful item. it grates very finely but quickly and is particularly useful for grating cheese over served food. excellent with Parmesan. only problem is that water collects under the handle and this can drip out when being used.
Fine microplane
This is the best gadget ever for zesting citrus fruits! You'd be a lemon fool not to!
